Leader Care Advocates are experienced workers across the district who are available to walk alongside their fellow leaders — for prayer, encouragement, and a conversation that stays between the two of them. Advocates serve in the North, Southeast, and Southwest regions, with two available to those walking through the ordination and consecration process. What is shared with an advocate is confidential and carries no bearing on credentialing or placement.
Meet the Advocates in Your Region
An advocate is not your supervisor. They hold no authority over your credential, your placement, or your standing in this district, and nothing you tell them travels anywhere you have not sent it. They are simply another worker who has agreed to be available to you.
