Keynote Speakers
Daniel Yang
Daniel Yang serves as the National Director of Churches of Welcome for World Relief. Prior to that he was the director of the Church Multiplication Institute at the Wheaton College Billy Graham Center. Daniel has been a pastor, church planter, engineer and technology consultant. He has planted churches in Detroit, Dallas, Toronto, and Chicago, either as the lead planter or through recruiting, training, assessing, and mentoring church planters. Daniel is a sought-after conference speaker, missional strategist, consultant, and co-author of Inalienable: How Marginalized Kingdom Voices Can Help Save the American Church (InterVarsity, May 2022) and Becoming a Future-Ready Church: 8 Shifts to Encourage and Empower the Next Generation of Leaders (Zondervan, October 2024).
Tim Crouch
Tim serves as the Vice President for Alliance Missions of The Christian and Missionary Alliance. Prior to this position, Tim and his wife, Shelly, served as Alliance international workers (IWs) in Russia from 1995-2009, and were involved in theological education, youth ministry, evangelism, and church planting. For seven of those years, Tim was the field director for the Alliance there. In 2009, he completed a D.Min. degree from Gordon-Conwell Seminary. That same year, he and Shelly began to explore opportunities for new Alliance ministries in other former Soviet states. When the Alliance created the new North and Central Asia Region to provide leadership and coordination for work in this part of the world, Tim and Shelly were appointed the regional leadership couple. Tim and Shelly reside in Columbus, OH. They have four children—Anna, Joshua, David, and Michael.

Discover how to meaningfully connect with young adults through research-driven insights and real-world ministry strategies tailored for today’s college students and young professionals. Joining Amy on her panel of guests is Ashleigh Weaver, Ashley Njenga, and Adrienne Orris.
Amy serves as the Director for Candidate Recruitment and Development for The Alliance. Amy has a team working with Young Adults interested in ministry at Alliance Schools and in the Northeast and Midwest. She has also had the privilege of co-leading the 4 Alliance Young Adults Conferences.

Dr. Cathy Sigmund serves as the Executive Director of RAIN (Refugee and Immigrant Network) of The Alliance, and Chaplain for Refugee Care Ministries, Allegheny Center Alliance Church and the WPA District. Dr. Sigmund also currently serves on the board of directors for The Christian and Missionary Alliance.
Staying Power: Lessons from a Decade in Rural Ministry with Bob Flaherty
Join a panel of seasoned pastors who have each served 10+ yrs in the same rural community. Through honest conversation, they’ll share what’s sustained them-how they’ve navigated discouragement, measured fruitfulness beyond the numbers and found strength in spiritual practices and relationships. Come for real talk and lasting encouragement.
Rev. Bob Flaherty is the lead pastor at Awakening Alliance Church in Ridgway, PA. This church has seen significant growth over the last few years.

Article II, Section 1., A. 3) a) (p. 6 District Bylaws) Each accredited church of The Christian and Missionary Alliance shall be entitled to send two lay delegates, in addition to its official workers. If the voting membership (as reported in the last annual report of the church) is 150 or more, another lay delegate may be sent for each additional 100 voting members or fraction thereof. The church shall appoint and certify lay delegates as specified in the local church bylaws.
