John Baker is an elder at East Lake Road Alliance Church in Erie, PA. He is the founder of Kingdom Financial Group, Inc. (KFG), established in 1999, and Kingdom Tax Services (KTS), launched in 2013. In 2022, he expanded his vision by founding the Kingdom Financial Foundation (KFF), an organization dedicated to promoting financial education and supporting like-minded ministries and nonprofits. Each year, Kingdom Tax Services prepares tax returns for approximately 100 members of the clergy and provides bookkeeping services to numerous churches—often serving as a “virtual treasurer.” John brings extensive expertise in clergy taxation and compliance, and under his leadership, the firm hosts an annual Clergy Tax Seminar that has been attended by hundreds of pastors across the region.
