DISTRICT COMMITTEES
DEXCOM
The District Executive Committee (DEXCOM) is the board of directors of the District. Members are elected by the District Conference, the legislative body of the District consisting of official licensed workers of the District and other representatives from District churches, which is convened for business biennially. DEXCOM is charged with the oversight of the administrative work of the district. The District Executive Committee consists of the following individuals :

The Licensing, Ordination, and Consecration Council (LO&CC) oversees matters pertaining to accreditation of new workers and to licensing and discipline of official workers of the district. Members are elected by the District Conference, the legislative body of the district consisting of official licensed workers of the district and other representatives from district churches, which is convened for business biennially. The purpose of the Pastoral Chaplaincy Program is to provide a safe, caring and available pastoral ministry to official workers and their families, which will serve as a front line of defense in the growing number of crises that are occurring among our clergy. The District Chaplains are available to provide comfort, counsel, and confidential support to official workers during difficult times.
