Choose one of the four ways to register:
  1. Email a copy to piszkerr@cmawpa.org.
  2. Print a hard copy and fax it to 814-938-7528 Attn: Ruby.
  3. Print a hard copy and mail it to: WPA C&MA District Office, 341 Chestnut St, Punxsutawney, PA 15767. 
  4. Register online using PayPal. Click on the Shopping Cart icon below to access the online registration.

PAYPAL: Pay on-line with a credit card.  For you convenience we have set up a PayPal account to use to pay the $20 non-refundable deposit or pay in full for each person. 
♦  Step 1 Registration: Click on the blue shopping cart on the left to access the online registration form.
♦  Step 2 Complete the form and click on: Submit and go to shopping cart. 
♦  Step 3 Payment:  Be sure to have all your credit card information ready before you begin.
    NOTE: PayPal offers three methods of payment.  Click the circle beside the method of payment you want to use.  All payments will 
    go through the District's PayPal account.  (See example below.)
             Use an existing PayPal account
             Create a new PayPal account.
            
 Continue as anonymous customer - Choose this option to use your credit card as a one time customer.

Shopping Cart:  Step by step instructions on how to use the shopping cart.
Step 1: Complete the online registration form
Step 2: Check the box beside your choice of payment: Deposit or Pay in Full.
Step 3: Enter the number of people who will be attending Breakaway.  Click Checkout.
Step 4: Review the information on this screen and make sure it is correct.  If you need to make changes to the number of people attending, change the unit number, click the Update button, then click Next.  
Step 5: Choose the payment method; Use an existing PayPal account, create a new account or continue as a one-time customer ("anonymous customer")  where you can use your personal credit card.  Click Next.
Step 6: Select billing and shipping address.  There is no shipping charge so just enter your billing information.  Click Next.
Step 7: There is no shipping fee and all payments will go through PayPal so skip this screen and click next.  You must click next to go through checkout using PayPal or your personal credit card.
Step 8:
Order Preview.  Review your information and make corrections where needed.  Click Order Now.
Step 9: Payment.  Whatever payment method you choose, you must click the "Finish Payment" button to complete the transaction.
Step 10: If you have a PayPal account, log-in and continue.  If you don't have an account and are paying as a one time customer, follow the instructions to enter your credit card information.
