 WESTEN PENNSYLVANIA DISTRICT AND PRAYER CONFERENCE
This district shall hold a District Conference each year. There shall be a District Conference convened in non-General Council years primarily for the purposes of prayer and business. There shall be a District Conference convened in General Council years primarily for the purposes of prayer, fellowship, and continuing education.
All licensed district workers shall attend annual District Conferences unless excused in advance by the district superintendent. Retired official workers are encouraged to attend District Conference, but are not required.
**By Conference action, it is mandatory for all official workers to attend District Conference. If you cannot attend, please submit a written request to the District Superintendent. There shall be two types of delegates to District Conference: "accredited delegates" and "corresponding delegates." Accredited delegates shall be entitled to vote. In non-General Council years, the District Conference shall be held during the first six months of the year, and the agenda shall include elections, an evaluation of the progress of the district ministry, and other related matters as stated in the district bylaws or required by state law. In the alternate years, the conference shall be held at a time and in a format to be determined by the District Executive Committee (DEXCOM) or as stated in the district bylaws, and in conformity with the requirements of state law.

All registrations for District and Prayer Conference 2011 will be processed online. Registrants who have absolutely no access to online registration may call Dixie at 814-938-6920, and she will register you. Our online registration site is available now through September 12. Please use the picture above to access the site. After September 12, late registrations will be processed through the district office and will be charged a late fee of $10. Those who are attending only the Alliance Women's luncheon should register through their local Alliance Women's group.
