How to Schedule:
1. Log in on the Tour Scheduling Page using your churches user name and password
2. Choose your IW and complete his/her online schedule
3. Name of Church
4. Name of contact person
5. Phone number
6. Email address: All responses will be sent to the email of your choice
7. Select the weekend date that is your first choice
8.Choose a second, third and fourth IW in order of preference in case your first choice has already been taken
9. List 3 additional preferred dates
10. Click send
11. You will receive confirmation within 2-3 business days

Jesus said, "I have made you a light that you may bring salvation to the ends of the earth." so what would happen if each of us saw ourselves as points of light for Him?
God's redemptive plan is to shine His light into the hearts and lives of those trapped in spiritual darkness. He chose us to illuminate this world and His instructions are clear: "For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light" (Ephesians 5:8).
In 2011-2012 Missions Conference theme - Points of Light - reminds us of our sacred trust to be the bearers of His light. Use the following materials to equip yourself and others to be light in your neighborhood and the nations.
Missions Conference Promotion Kit
In July of each year, every Alliance church is mailed a Missions Conference Promotion Kit (MCPK). This kit informs you of the missions emphasis as well as provides promotional resources for your church to use.

The Vision of The Alliance
For over 125 years, Alliance people have been compelled by the goodness of God and the command of Jesus given through his Great Commission to go into all the earth and make disciples. Take a look at where we are currently ministering.
Though over a century has passed, the vision of our mission has not changed. We go to the ends of the earth where the odds are stacked against us and proclaim the good news of God's love.
WPA Choice Tour provides churches the opportunity to hear how International Workers (IW) are making disciples.Three EZ Steps for Churches
1. CHOOSE. Your church should make the following choices for the coming tour year by June 1:
♦ International Ministries emphasis you wish to employ.
♦ Preferred dates to accomplish the chosen emphasis.
♦ IW you want to minister in your church.
♦ Method of support for the Great Commission Fund.
2. SCHEDULE. The scheduling of active IWs will be completed online.
♦ WPA Choice Tour churches will be given a scheduling window of opportunity before such opportunity is given to other district or
non-district churches.
♦ Scheduling retired IWs living in the district and participating in the WPA Choice Tour should be made via e-mail/phone.
3. PAY. The church is responsible to:
♦ Pay the district tour fee one time each conference year (July 20XX-June 20XX). The rate is currently $100 per year. An invoice will be
sent July 1 to each church for the tour year, to be paid upon receipt.
♦ Provide the IW an honorarium/love offering as well as travel expenses (IRS rate - currently $0.50/mile). This should be given directly
to the IW. The district has provided the IW with a mileage reimbursement form to be given to the church upon arriving.
