SEMINAR OPTIONS

Loving People in Challenging Times – Jess B.
The word the Lord has given me for this time is INTIMACY. Intimacy with God and intimacy with others. God desires us to grow in knowing him and being deeply connected with other people.
Meaningful Impact Presence – Tim Crouch

Tim’s heart is to see Alliance Missions propel Alliance people and churches toward meaningful contribution to the completion of the Great Commission in the spirit of the Great Commandment. Much of this comes as Alliance people are equipped, deployed, and supported for the type of longer-term life and ministry among host peoples that has been an Alliance hallmark, and that has proven effective for making disciples and planting reproducing, missional churches. Also, growing collaboration of our global staff and people in our U.S. congregations, in various creative forms and configurations, is an increasingly vital part of maximizing our effectiveness as a U.S. Alliance family.

  Missional communities – Joel Repic
Missional communities are small, multiplying families on mission that have the ability to engage different contexts, reach unbelievers, and onboard believers into everyday missional living. By empowering people to start and multiply missional communities, we can embed gospel communities in places traditional programs might never reach. This breakout session will provide a basic introduction to this model and provide a starting point for organic multiplication in your local context.
Small Community Outreach – Jeremy Gorham
Jeremy will be sharing about how their small-town church used a multisite model to revitalize struggling churches in other communities/cities. You’ll learn practical, transferable principles that will help multiply a Gospel presence and Gospel proclamation in your community and beyond. You’ll also learn some of the obstacles, challenges, and blindspots to church revitalization when using a multisite model. There will be a Q&A time at the end to answer specific questions on topics like, the role of the campus pastor and senior pastor in the new campus/church, sending out of a launch team, leveraging technology, and much more.
  Turnaround churches - Terry Smith
How can a stagnate church turn the corner and not only survive but thrive? We will focus on key changes that need to be addressed by leaders if a church is to experience turnaround.
