KIDZ Mission Impact T-shirts
T-shirts are available in the following sizes:
•Youth - small, medium, large
•Adult - small, medium, large, XL, XXL and XXXL

KIDZ Mission Impact gives children in grades 1-6 an opportunity to be informed and challenged to do their part in completing the Great Commission.
Special Guests - Learn about the Great Commission from the International Workers.

Fee and Registration
Cost is $16 per person! Pre-Register by September 2 in order to get t-shirts. Two methods of payment: To use PayPal, complete the online registration form below OR mail your registration form along with a check to the District Office. Registration fee includes lunch and t-shirts.
TO REGISTER:
♦ Pay by check: Click on the link to download the brochure. Complete the registration form and mail the form and your check (make the check payable to WPA C&MA District Office), to WPA C&MA District Office, 341 Chestnut Street, Punxsutawney, PA 15767.
♦ Pay by credit card: Complete the on-line registration form below, click Submit and go to shopping cart, then follow the instructions on each screen. Please have your credit card information ready.

Make sure all information is correct before you click on the Submit and go to shipping cart button. When you click the submit button it will take you directly to the shopping cart. To complete the registration you will need the name of a contact person and the number of people attending. Just follow the instruction to go through the steps for payment.
PayPal offers 3 payment options:
1. Sign in using your existing account
2. Create a new PayPal account
3. Continue as anonymous customer
