The Adult Disciplemaking Coaching Team
Our team seeks to provide encouragement, support and resources to Adult Coordinators, Adult Sunday school teachers, Pastors and small group leaders or coordinators in local Alliance churches.
We desire to:
- Communicate regularly with adult ministry leaders
- Coach local church ministry leaders who want to improve their church's adult ministry
- Help churches develop a plan for making adult disciples
- Recommend quality Disciplemaking resources
Healthy Adult Ministry: What's It Look Like?
Effective Disciplemaking Ministry comes in many forms and sizes. There are several common ingredients, however, that help make up a "spiritually balanced diet." Our various resources are designed to help you strengthen your ministry to adults in these key areas:

Adult Ministry Coaches: Members of our team are experienced adult ministry workers and stand ready to provide ideas, answer questions or conduct training in local churches.
Adult Ministry Manual: A helpful publication for those serving as Adult Coordinators in the local church.
Adult Ministry Resource Catalog: This booklet provides descriptions of over 100 current books, study guides and video curricula. It is designed to make you aware of what's available in the 12 spiritual growth areas mentioned previously.
Making Healthy Disciples: This workshop for children, youth and adult ministries can be hosted by your church. We would be happy to work with your adult ministry team as you follow through on what you've found to be strengths and needs in your church's ministry to adults.
