TRACK 3 – PARSONAGE PURCHASE OR CONSTRUCTION
WPA DISTRICT COMMITTEE ON PROPERTIES & BUILDINGS  

1. Inform P&B Chairman of your intention to purchase/construct parsonage and receive assigned Consultant and appropriate forms.

2. Present concept to Membership for consideration.

3. Appoint Building Committee as necessary.

4. Submit appropriate forms and required materials to the assigned Consultant with a request for an appointment at the next P&B Meeting.

5. Pursuing preliminary approval of building plans, the pastor and member of the local building committee should present and discuss plans with the P&B at the appointed meeting.

• When approval has been granted, church committee should continue with step 6.
• If preliminary approval has not been granted, church should amend plans accordingly, repeating step 6.

6. Complete the project.

7. Submit final form (2-3 FE) to P&B Consultant.
